By using ${BRAND} ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Not medical advice

The App is a self-tracking journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Insights are pattern observations generated from your own entries. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your medication, dosage, or symptoms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard EULA (see Apple Standard EULA).

3. Subscriptions

Premium renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Lifetime purchase grants permanent access to current premium features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the AI analysis feature (e.g., automated abuse), not to reverse-engineer the App, and not to resell access.

5. Your data

Your entries live on your device and remain yours. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
