${BRAND} is built privacy-first. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your data.

1. The short version

All of your health entries stay on your iPhone. We operate no accounts, collect no names or emails, and run no advertising trackers. The only moment anything leaves your device is when you explicitly tap "analyze" to get an AI insight — and even then only an anonymized summary is sent.

2. Data stored on your device (never uploaded by us)

Dose logs, symptoms, weigh-ins, meals, water intake, notes
Progress photos (stored in your app's private folder)
Goals, preferences, consent record
HealthKit data is read/written through Apple's framework directly on your device

Deleting entries inside the app, using "Export & delete all data", or uninstalling the app removes this information from the device.

3. AI analysis (optional feature)

When you request an insight, an anonymized statistical summary (relative day offsets, amounts — no name, no identifier, no exact dates) is sent to our AI processing provider (DeepSeek) to detect patterns. Responses are not stored by us. You can trigger analysis at most 3 times per day.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. If you enable analytics features, our subscription partner RevenueCat may process an anonymous identifier and your purchase receipt solely to validate entitlements. No profile is created.

5. What we never do

We never sell or share your health data
We never require an account or email to use core features
We never use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs

6. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Since data stays on your device, you hold full control at all times: in-app deletion gives you immediate erasure. For any question about the anonymized AI summaries, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

${BRAND} is not directed at children under 17.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and the app will surface it before continuing.
